Pain in the body occurs because your body is out of balance.

The purpose of therapeutic massage is to provide health effects. Both the client and the therapist have a common goal of achieving structural changes in the body through a series of therapies.

Prior to initiating therapies, the client and the therapist jointly formulate goals based on the client’s problems (back pain, shoulder pain, upper limb stiffness, etc.) at the consultation meeting and perform basic motor tests for functional movements. Based on the suggestion of the therapist, a series of therapeutic massages is performed with an emphasis on the location of the origin of the problem (pain).
During the therapies, the therapist evaluates the progress of the condition and if necessary, recommends another type of therapy or complements it with another health professional.

With the expertise of therapists, we make an assessment of your posture and the functionality of each joint. Based on your goals, we create a personalized series of exercises that will remove the pain and bring your body back into balance.
The exercises are intended for anyone who wants to:
  • improve the functionality of each joint
  • by strengthening the musculature to reduce pain and restore balance in the body
  • strengthen the deep muscles of the torso
  • to correct or control spinal deformities (scoliosis, lordosis, kyphosis)
  • improve movement
  • learn how to stand, sitt and get up the right way

The pain can be caused by past injuries, hours of sitting at the desk, long car rides, improper exercise, prolonged repetitive movements or spinal deformities such as scoliosis.

Fast lifestyle and technological development are forcing our lives to go faster. New directions and advancements are also reflected in innovative workouts that we are trying to introduce into our daily lives, so that, despite the lack of time, we can still take care of our bodies.

By the time the body still manages to regenerate, it can withstand anything, but very quickly it shows us that it can no longer deal with such stress. Fatigue, insomnia, weight gain, back pain, immune system decline and cyclical illness, etc. are just some of the signs that the body can no longer handle such stress.
Proper exercise can help you reduce stress, improve body regeneration and improve your quality of life.

The goal of recreational sports is to improve the health, well-being and quality of life of an individual. Based on the evaluation and testing of your current fitness, you and your therapist will come up with a multi-month plan to improve your lifestyle.

Depending on your goals in sports, you will learn:
  • why it is important to prepare the body gradually for loads,
  • correct use of the heart rate monitor during exercise,
  • why it is important to exercise in certain heart rate zones,
  • what happens to your body if you exaggerate with exercise and what happens to your muscles,
  • how you can measure your exercise progress,
  • what exercises are right for you depending on your spinal condition.
